The five stars is for the product because they are great - comfortable and look how I was expecting. I sized up after investigating but now that I have them I’m not 100% sure that was necessary. Still happy with the fit though.

Customer care wasn’t so great though. I had an issue with the shipping address and I needed to contact them to fix it however, I only received a response to my emails after the product had been delivered to the wrong address.
