Barmah Foldaway Oiled Cooler Hat

I like the hat. However, i am not impressed by the lack of customer service. More than 1 week ago, I emailed Ugg regarding the Barmah hat i had ordered and received. The hat, whislst good quality was too small, and I emailed Ugg as to the procedure on how to swap the hat for a slightly larger size. No response for a week, and what even more irritating, is that there is no phone number on Ugg's website, so that I can call them. Please Ugg, contact me so that I can enjoy wearing the Barmah hat.

This is my 2nd Barmah hat I have bought off the Ugg store. The first one is so comfy, looks great and easily packs away for travel. I bought this one for the airflow mesh and has all the great attributes of my other hat but is cooler for hot summer days. Great price and quick delivery also
