Good nice

The UGG were too small, and I was unable to wear them. The customer service was unhelpful and rude. I attempted to return the shoes and purchase a larger size, but the website did not allow me to do so. I contacted customer care, but did not receive a response for several days. In the meantime, I returned the shoes and still waiting on a refund, then purchased from another retailer. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and suggest looking elsewhere.

I’d love to review your boots but they’ve not arrived yet. I paid for them on 29/5 and it’s now 10/6. You’ve apparently sent them via Aramex who seemingly use a camel train to transport them across the Nullarbor to Perth. Do better.

Look nice but very small fitting, Cannot get foot in to this size :(

Warm sturdy and sooo comfortable. Can't wait to put my feet in them every night.
