I am extremely disappointed with my recent order and the complete lack of support from UGG customer service.
My parcel was stolen because the Aramex courier claims to have left it under an "Authority to Leave" instruction. I never chose or authorized this delivery option. The decision to leave the package unattended was made without my permission.
I paid for a product I never received. When I contacted UGG, they offered zero resolution, replacement, or refund, and simply told me to report the theft to the police.
It is unacceptable that UGG will not take responsibility for a shipment that was lost due to an unauthorized delivery method.
