Natural Sheepskin Long Wool Rug

I chose to buy through Ugg to support the Ugg brand. Im really happy with the purchase, the quality is lovely and the colour true to what it looked like online and so I would definitely buy Ugg again. I was surprised though when the mail arrived with no packaging or branding. The rug had been placed into a white plastic post bag without any wrapping or tags. The sheepskin has no branding stamp either and so I actually wondered if I had bought through another company that was posing as Ugg (the only mention of Ugg was on the sender details). I support that no unnecessary packing is used however this needs to be balanced with appropriate brand recognition and customer satisfaction. I do love my product (and absolutely will recommend and also buy again) and perhaps Ugg might consider how they package to ship their lovely products to customers.

My new sheepskin was a great addition for the back of my recliner chair. Now my back is feeling warm and comfortable.
