Avoid this seller

UGG shampoo never arrived with courier advising ''We have been unable to deliver your parcel. Your parcel has been disposed of as per our Conditions of Carriage.' Appears the item was not packed properly or already damaged when sent.

Reached out three times for a resolution and the seller flat ignored me. Don't waste your time with these guys - wish I had read all the negative reviews first, but will be sharing this review far and wide.

I kinda broke it but it smelled soososos good

Fabulous leather shampoo

Shampoo worked a treat on my sheep shin and woolly car seats. Using gentle machine wash and double rinse.
With some left over for next time or for friends.
